1. Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote (India)
Experience: 3+ years in tech/digital recruitment
You’ll build our candidate pipeline, own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, and help us scale from 20 to 200+ placements annually.
What you’ll do:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and communities
- Conduct technical and cultural fit interviews
- Build relationships with universities and bootcamps
- Create efficient screening processes
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record recruiting for digital marketing or tech roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong judgment on candidate quality and cultural fit
- Comfortable working with US/European clients and time zones
- Self-starter who can build processes from scratch
Compensation: ₹6-10 LPA based on experience
2. Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (India)
Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales/outreach
You’ll generate demand for Conroar’s services by reaching out to US companies that need remote talent. This is a high-activity role focused on cold outreach, discovery calls, and booking qualified meetings.
What you’ll do:
- Research and identify target companies (agencies, SaaS, ecommerce)
- Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
- Track pipeline and hit monthly SQL targets
- Collaborate with founder on messaging and positioning
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Excellent written English (you’ll be writing dozens of emails daily)
- Comfortable making cold calls to US prospects
- Self-motivated and metrics-driven
- Willingness to work US hours (evening shifts in India)
Compensation: ₹4-7 LPA base + performance bonuses
3. Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (India)
Experience: 1-3 years in administrative/executive support
You’ll handle administrative tasks for our US and European clients, managing calendars, emails, travel, and project coordination. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work across time zones.
What you’ll do:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
- Handle email management, inbox organization, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Manage CRM data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items
What we’re looking for:
- 1-3 years experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable working US business hours (evening shifts in India)

Do you only hire for client placements or also for internal roles
Both. We have internal positions (like Talent Acquisition Manager, SDR, and Virtual Assistant) and we constantly place talent with clients.
What's the typical salary range?
Depends on role and experience. Junior positions start around ₹3-6 LPA, mid-level ₹8-15 LPA, senior roles ₹15-25 LPA. We’re transparent about compensation during the first call.
Do I need to work US hours?
For client-facing roles, yes – typically 4-6 hours overlap with US time zones. Internal roles have more flexibility.
How soon can I start?
Most roles have 2-4 week onboarding. If you’re exceptional and available immediately, we can move faster.
Do you sponsor visas?
No. All positions are remote within India.
